Welcome Back! Café 2020 is currently open and serving from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM through Friday, January 23rd. Stay tuned as we prepare to return to normal operations—we can’t wait to have you all back on campus soon.

Hi my name is Belle Wilson! I am an environmental studies/ anthropology & sociology double major and I am a food fellow for the office of sustainability. Through this program, the other fellows and I work to spread awareness on various climate related issues and share ways for individuals to reduce their ecological footprint. As a food fellow, I specifically work on projects aimed at minimizing food waste on campus.
